A new line of liquid liners is on my radar, and that says a lot considering how faithful I am to my Kat Von D Ink Liner and Stila Stay All Day Liquid Eyeliner. The Urban Decay Razor Sharp Liquid Eyeliners are easy to apply, long-lasting, and come in a huge variety of colors… and I have to say, they may just be added to my list of absolute favorite liners.
My first thoughts when I opened up the first liner and realized that it was a brush-like tip rather than a felt tip was that I was going to hate these. I struggle with brush tips and am just waaay more comfortable with a felt tip as I feel like you get way more control that way. So, you can imagine my surprise when I realized how easy these were to apply! The brush tip is so fine, and stiff yet flexible (that is the weirdest description, but I swear it makes sense when you try it, haha), that application is surprisingly easy.
The formula is probably the longest lasting liquid liner formula I’ve ever tried. I didn’t find that it flaked at all throughout the day, and it took quite a bit of effort to get it off (definitely need a cleansing oil to break down these bad boys)- meaning it’s going to last ALL day long without reapplication.
With that being said, I did prefer the non-shimmery shades over the shimmery ones. I found the shimmery ones harder to build up the pigmentation, which I guess makes sense since they’re supposed to be more shimmery than anything, so it may just come down to personal preference.
There are 20 shades in total, and the shades I’ve swatched above are:
- Perversion (blackest black)
- Revolver (gunmetal with iridescent sparkle)
- Snakebite (metallic copper bronze)
- Goldrush (gold sparkle)
- Cuff (metallic silver shimmer with silver micro-sparke)
- Deep End (bright teal shimmer)
- Kush (grass green)
- Chaos (vibrant cobalt blue)
- Fireball (peach with pink shift)
- Bump (white)
These retail for $22 each and you can find them at Sephora, ULTA, and Nordstrom.
Do you have your eye on any of these liners?

I feel ya. I normally am too if it’s not a felt tip, but the brushes on these surprised me with how easy they were to use.
