While this post was sponsored by Robin McGraw Revelation, all opinions remain my own.
I love the whole idea of masking as a way to pamper myself and rejuvenate my skin, but let’s be honest… applying and removing a traditional face mask is generally pretty messy and tedious, and when I finally get to kick back and relax at the end of the day, I usually just can’t be bothered. Thankfully, sheet masks exist as a much easier (and cleaner) alternative!
I’ve been testing out a couple different sheet masks from Robin McGraw Revelation over the last month and have to say, these are definitely favorites of mine out of the many sheet masks I’ve tried. I often find that while sheet masks feel nice while I’m actually wearing them, they don’t make any noticeable difference to my skin once removed. Both the Robin McGraw Revelation eye mask and face mask I’ve used recently, though, have been a different story!
The Robin McGraw Revelation sheet masks are made with coconut-derived biocellulose fibers (fun fact: these fibers were originally developed as a second skin treatment for severe burns) which can hold up to 100 times their weight in liquid. They use Dynamic Infusion Technology which allows all of the ingredients enter your skin 26x faster than a traditional skincare product. This combination means your skin is left feeling super hydrated and nourished even AFTER you’ve taken the mask off! The masks are also paraben-free, dye-free, mineral oil-free and cruelty-free.
So far, I’ve tried the Hydrating Firming Face Mask and the Under Eye Recovery Mask, and I love them both! I actually am wearing the Undereye Recovery Mask while I write this, haha. They are super cooling which helps to depuff the under eye area (and just generally feels so nice and soothing) and they leave my skin feeling very soft, smooth and hydrated. I really like using these pre-makeup application as they don’t leave any residue behind that messes with my makeup, but they really help to prep the eye area!
The Robin McGraw Revelation Hydrating and Firming Face Mask is just as nice as the eye mask. Moon orchid extract helps to protect skin from environmental stressors as well as diminish fine lines and wrinkles, niacinamide gives skin a radiant glow as well as tightens pores and reduces the appearance of fine lines, chamomile extract soothes, moisturizes and repairs skin, and green tea leaf extract protect skin from pollution and UV rays and reduces inflammation.
I like to leave this mask on for a solid half an hour while binge-watching some reality TV, so the ingredients have plenty of time to sink into my skin. Afterwards, my skin feels very plump and hydrated, and I find that I can pat the remaining essence into my skin and go to bed without any additional skincare products on that night and I don’t feel like I’m actually skipping my skincare routine.
Also, did you even mask if you didn’t take a mask selfie? Haha!
The Robin McGraw Revelation line also includes two other face masks:
- Fine Lines & Wrinkles (packed full of super hydrating ingredients to help moisturize and nourish skin, as well as potent botanicals that help to reduce the appear of fine lines and wrinkles for smoother skin)
- Brightening & Spot Lightening (grape leaf extract brightens skin while centella asiatica extract boosts collagen production, niacinamide smooths, and ice plant stem cell provides moisture and antioxidants that sooth, hydrate and protect against sun damage and pollution)
I definitely recommend the Hydrating and Firming Face Mask for anyone needing the extra dose of hydration, and the Under Eye Recovery Mask is a must try for any and all skin types (I should also note that I have pretty sensitive skin around my eyes and this mask was not an issue for me at all). At $24 for a pack of three masks, these are totally worth the try. Be sure to use the code OLIVEIVY to save 10% on your purchase!

Like you, I really can’t be bothered with end-of-day skincare routines. Generally, I’m either still working or relaxing with a book or TV show. My idea of relaxing is not being pampered, especially when I’m the one having to “pamper” myself. However, I would give sheet masks a try as they seem pretty straightforward and easy to use. I like all the benefits you listed about the Robin McGraw Revelation masks, especially that your skin continues to benefit after you’ve removed the mask. I’ll definitely keep these in mind.
