This post was created in collaboration with Minted, but my love for these gorgeous wedding invitations is all my own!
Cole and I booked our wedding venue a few months ago and the first thing I wanted to do after that was order our wedding invitations from Minted. It seems a bit premature being that our wedding isn’t until September 2019, but because Cole is from New Zealand, we have a lot of friends and family that need the notice to be able to make it. While I could have designed them myself, designing for print isn’t my favorite thing and let’s be real… it doesn’t get much prettier (or easier) than the invitations on Minted. ;)
Note: I photoshopped the out location and wedding website to hide from creepy people, haha.
We’re getting married at a summer camp tucked away in the forest, so these Adventure Awaits woodsy wedding invitations couldn’t have been any more perfect for us! We chose the “All-in-One” style because we loved how you didn’t have to have separate envelopes for them- you just fold at the lines to turn them into an envelope shape. So handy! You can also get your guests’ addresses printed right on them so you don’t have to use your messy handwriting (like I did, haha). The only reason we didn’t go with this option is because we’re physically handing out invites to most of our guests to save on the postage costs.
Traditionally, you’d have the RSVP yes/no section with meal selection on the bottom of the invite, which easily detaches so that your guests can fill it out, pop a stamp on it and drop it in the mail. It even already has your address printed on it for foolproof RSVPing! We are using a wedding website for all of our guests to RSVP on, so we had our Minted designer remove the RSVP and meal selection part and replace it with our wedding website (hot tip: if you have a password on your wedding website, make sure to include it on the invitation! We totally would have forgotten if our lovely Minted designer hadn’t pointed this out for us).
I am so glad we went with Minted for our wedding invitations! The design of them fits our wedding perfectly, the designer that made the adjustments for us was super quick and helpful, and I love the “All-in-One” style. Minted has SO many wedding invitations to choose from with lots of customization options, and they also offer a ton of other wedding goods, like save the dates, wedding programs and even wedding websites. We will definitely be ordering our thank you cards from them after the wedding because I couldn’t be any more happy with how these turned out!
And because I can’t miss an opportunity to show off my ring… hahaha. #shameless
I’ll have another post up in the near future showing you how I recently created a gallery wall in my bedroom using prints from Minted. I got such a great response on Instagram stories when I shared the process that I can’t NOT share it! Keep an eye out for that post coming soon.
Have you ever ordered from Minted?
