Over the past year or so, I’ve really grown to love MAKE UP FOR EVER. The Step 1 Skin Equalizer is the primer I reach for most often, the Ultra HD Foundation is pretty much the only foundation I ever wear and I’m now officially obsessed with the HD blushes. My most favorite thing about MAKE UP FOR EVER is the emphasis they put on creating products that blend so flawlessly that texture-wise they are nearly undetectable on the skin, and the HD blushes are definitely no exception to this.
The MAKE UP FOR EVER HD blushes combine the flawless look of a cream with the blendability and ease of a powder. I tend to stray from cream products simply because the struggle is always real for me when it comes to blending them, but the way that these blushes perform like a powder totally sells me on them. A little goes a long way with these and they give such a natural looking flush. They are literally like a second-skin on me- other than the color they give, I can’t tell there is anything on my face at all. I have the HD blushes in Flamingo Pink, which is a gorgeous light peachy pink that looks amazing on my fair skin, and Raspberry which is a deeper raspberry shade that looks awesome with a dark, bold lip color.

The MAKE UP FOR EVER HD blushes retail for $26 each and are worth every cent, in my opinion. There’s not a single thing I dislike about these: they are long-lasting, blend beautifully, look SO natural on the skin and have no fragrance. There’s a great color selection available at Sephora and there are so many other shades I’d love to eventually add to my collection!
Have you ever tried these? If you have, do you love the formula as much as I do?

I don’t know if Flamingo Pink is the shade I have (it just has a number on it) but I love these blushes and I’m actually more than halfway done mine, tons of pan! That’s love. except now I want to go buy all the replacements…

Flamingo Pink is 215 :) Aren’t they amazing?! I think I’ll hit pan quick because I’ve been using them almost every single day since getting them… love.
Zoë says
Ah nope mine is 225 so that’s why they look close! it’s definitely a bit peachier :) they are so pretty.

These shades are so pretty!I have shade 330 Rosy Plum and I love it!

I definitely want more! I need to check out that shade next, I’m loving darker berry/plum blushes paired with berry lips lately!

Flamingo Pink is seriously pretty! I tend to stay away from cream blushes as well because of large pores and acne, but the swatches certainly have a powedery finish and don’t seem like cream blushes at all!
Chelsea says
It is the most perfect natural blush shade, in my opinion. I’d definitely give these a try, they don’t really have a cream OR powder finish, but rather somewhere in between!

What pretty colors! I do have one or two of these in my stash. I need to pull them out. I really like creme blush in the winter months.

Oh I love this. That lighter blush is absolutely gorgeous! I love Make Up Forever products. I know the foundation is kind of pricey – especially since I used to wear make up every day for work. But the it makes… really makes up for the price.
I use Make Up Forever’s Step 1 Skin Equalizer, Ultra HD foundation, and their HD Microfinish Powder (because I have oily skin and it keeps my makeup in place in this slimy state we call South Carolina, ha!).
I think I need at least that Flamingo Pink… too pretty!

I’ve never looked into Make Up For Ever much….until recently. I swatched one of their holiday palettes in Sephora the other day and was REALLY impressed! :-)
