One of the most recent collections to be released by MAC is the Vibe Tribe collection. It’s a beautiful mix of reds, corals, teals, cobalt blues and tangerines, all housed in super fun, desert festival-inspired packaging.
There is a single cream colour base in this collection, and it’s in the shade Yellow Topaz, a light golden champagne. I love the MAC Cream Colour Bases because they are so versatile, depending on the shade you have. This one makes a great standalone eyeshadow, eyeshadow base and even a great highlight on my fair skin.
There are three Bronzing Powders in this collection (Matte Bronze, Refined Golden and Firebrush), and two Studio Sculpt Defining Bronzing Powders (Delphic and Golden Rinse). I have Golden Rinse, a light brick-bronze with fine shimmer, and it’s gooorgeous. The shimmer is so subtle that it’s more of a glowy sheen than anything. It’s far too warm for me to be able to use to contour, but that’s totally okay because it’s a beautiful bronzer for an all over glow!
I’d never tried a MAC Patentpolish Lip Pencil before this, but they are so smooth and comfortable to wear that I think I need to pick up some more! I have the shade Tumbleweed, which is a soft nude. There are a total of five different Patentpolish shades in this collection and I’m definitely eyeing Caravamp, a stunning, vibrant red-orange!
And of course, everyone’s favorite products in a MAC collection, the lipsticks! There are five different shades in this collection:
- Tanarama (a pale beige with golden shimmer)
- Arrowhead (a bare nude)
- Painted Sunset (a pale peach nude)
- Pure Vanity (a bright orange red – WAAAANT!)
- Hot Chocolate (a dirty plum – go look at it on Shawna and try to tell me you don’t want this lipstick!)

MAC Vibe Tribe is actually quite a big collection with a fair few limited edition products. Other than what I mentioned above, there are also some really stunning blushes (feel free to buy me all of these, thank you), two nail lacquers, two eyeshadow palettes (Call of the Canyon is EVERYTHING), a Gleamtones Powder, and even a few gorgeous brushes that I would happily add to my brush stash.
