I’ve really been into having smoothies for lunch lately, as when it’s warm during the afternoon, I don’t feel like a big meal and I don’t feel like putting in much effort to make something. It’s so easy to toss a bunch of stuff in a blender and have a yummy drink at the end that is healthy AND filling. This is a super easy and healthy lunch smoothie that I’ve been having pretty often!
You can switch out the strawberries for your fruit of choice or add other fruits in, too. I love playing with different combinations! Sometimes I just go berry crazy, other days I feel like a strawberry and mango mix or some days I like to stick with a single fruit, like I did in this recipe.
