Trying to live a healthy lifestyle alongside a busy schedule has proven to be near impossible for me time and time again. So, what are the diet and exercise plans like?
I didn’t indicate the need for weight loss in my questionnaire, so I believe my diet plan is aimed more towards my health hazards. For the most part, the meals in my plan sound delicious (I said for the most part because there’s no way I’m eating salted caramel pork rind cereal, haha) and are full of protein and good fats. Coconut curry chicken tenders? Count me in! I love that they give you the recipes and breakdown of calories and macronutrients for each meal, and you’re also able to generate a weekly shopping list which makes life that much easier.
As for the workouts, you can choose videos from a variety of personal trainers based on your skill level and needs. I like that they’re not all super long, because I’m a short and sweet kinda girl when it comes to working out (unless it’s something fun outside like a hike). Something is better than nothing, right? Haha. They also include a timer beneath the video so you know just how much longer you have to push through for!
