This will be our first fall in our place. We moved into this apartment in November last year and it was pure chaos in here for at least a month afters with getting everything organized, so I missed the opportunity to add a cozy fall touch to our apartment. I’ve gathered up a bunch of gorgeous, Chelsea-approved tutorials for you in this “25 DIY Fall Decor Ideas” post. Hello, colorblocked pumpkins and leaf lighting? I don’t know how people come up with these brilliant things, but I’m definitely going to try some this year! Don’t forget to pin this and share the pretty!

Cute! I might have to try one of the wreath tutorials. I’ve been wanting a new fall and/or Halloween wreath!
Chelsea says
I’ve wanted to make a wreath forever! I definitely have some ideas now :)

These are such lovely ideas. I love the ‘fall’ bunting but I AM a bunting-a-holic. I’d have to have a longer one with ‘autumn’ on it though as that’s what we call the season here in Ireland :)
Chelsea says
Hahaha, I have never tried making a bunting. They’re so cute though! We also call it autumn. Well, we flipflop. Whatever we feel like saying at the time, I guess ;)

We moved for the second time in a year right after Halloween (with a baby) so there was no decorating. I really want to try to go all out this year to make up for it :)

Love these! I particularly like the funky, color spins on pumpkin-decorating. Much as I enjoy au naturale and gold-spray painted, the colorful versions you’ve linked to are just so cheerful and smile-inducing! Great non-conventional decoration ideas. Thanks!
