I absolutely LOVE the idea of meal planning, but it’s something I seriously struggle with. On the odd time that I do sit down for an hour and figure out what to make for most of my meals the upcoming week, I end up having a great week where I don’t eat any junk and I’m always excited about what I’ll be making next! I also feel so much better throughout the day when I’m eating healthy- no upset tummy (my stomach is pretty sensitive when it comes to processed food) and way more energy.
Unfortunately, it’s rare that I sit down and meal plan, simply because it can get complicated figuring out what to make that’s actually healthy and will leave me feeling satisfied and full. I also have a hard time coordinating recipes that don’t require a million different ingredients that’ll make my shopping list way longer than it needs to be. I recently discovered the BodyBoss Superfood Nutrition Guide, though, and let me tell you… this is an absolute lifesaver if healthy meal planning is a struggle for you, too!
The BodyBoss Superfood Nutrition Guide is a 12-week meal plan that covers every single day for you- snacks and all. No guesswork, no filling in blanks, no coming up with ideas on your own. It even has a complete shopping list for every week! It makes healthy eating SO easy- no crazy diets, no restrictions… just delicious real food.
Not only does the BodyBoss Superfood Nutrition Guide cover your meal plans and shopping lists for 12 weeks, but it also provides a ton of information on healthy eating. I love that it doesn’t encourage cutting off entire food groups, but rather teaches you how to make healthier swaps that won’t leave your cravings unsatisfied. You can still indulge in all of the yummy things that you love, BodyBoss just gives you better ways to make these foods so that they are nourishing your body while being super delish!
This has been huge for me, because I’ve been able to eat the things I feel like eating but with a healthy twist (want something sweet? The Choc-Banana Power Muffins are so good AND good for you. Something savory? The Oh-So-Creamy Feta Dip with veggies is amazing), and I don’t at all feel like I’m restricting myself from the foods I love.
One of my favorite recipes so far has been the Hearty Carrot Soup. It’s the most delicious comfort food for the cold, rainy days we’ve been having! I’m also loving trying all the different smoothie combinations (it comes with 20+ Power Up Smoothie recipes as a bonus), because I can never come up with anything new to put in my smoothies, but I do love them as a quick and healthy breakfast option.
The BodyBoss Superfood Nutrition Guide has, without a doubt, upped my healthy eating game immensely. I gained a few pounds during our three month trip to New Zealand (if you’ve ever had a steak and cheese pie, you’ll understand why, haha) and my jeans aren’t fitting as good as they used to, so I’m very happy to have this guide that does all the hard work for me so I can feel more comfortable in my clothes. Just in time for summer, too!
You can get the guide in both an online version and physical version (with free delivery worldwide), but you guys know I’m a sucker for pretty things, so I had to get the physical one. I also much prefer using an actual cookbook when I’m following recipes over running back and forth to my phone, but obviously go with whatever works best for you. Grab your copy and go to work on getting your best bod back ASAP!

It’s brand spankin’ new- just released in the last couple of months I think! They do an amazing job of organizing everything for you and making the grocery shopping and meal prep so easy, which I absolutely love because as soon as I get overwhelmed with it all I just don’t want to bother!

I don’t do diets but I love finding new recipes! I’d love to check this out to see more of the recipes above anything else.

Totally agree, I’m all about an overall healthier lifestyle over a strict diet because I know I won’t stick to something too strict. I haven’t been following this exactly week by week, but moreso mixing and matching weeks here and there with a few of my fave meals thrown in depending on what I feel like that week! It’s been going great for me so far. The recipes are excellent!

This sounds awesome! I love to meal plan, but I am always looking for new ways to make it easier and to eat healthier.

I think this guide is definitely as easy as it gets, so it’s definitely awesome that the recipes are all healthy and delicious too!

I love meal planning and preparation! What I normally do is a big shopping on Saturdays and on Sundays I cook for the week. It saves me a lot of time and I eat healthier than if I had to grab a quick lunch/dinner somewhere.

I’ve been trying to do the same thing! It’s so much easier if you just tackle it all at once.

Thanks for this great share! I have the same struggles with meal planning- I usually end up falling off track when I have WAY too many ingredients to buy and nothing seems to overlap to make the prep easier.

Yep, same here! Then I’m even more discouraged because I’ve let things go to waste!

I’ve heard of BB on social media a lot lately so it’s nice to hear a friend’s thoughts on it! I love meal-planning too (saves time and money) but I always run out of ideas! I love physical copies too – I can always bookmark, make notes and add to it as I need!
