weekend pretties #1

I took some time over Christmas and New Years to step back and re-evaluate my blog. I decided on what I wanted more of, and what I wanted less of. What I was doing wrong, and what I was doing right. In doing this, I realized I was missing something that is huge for me, something that keeps me glued to other people's blogs. I am really big on visual inspiration. It is how my river of creativity keeps on flowing and how I get fresh ideas and motivation to work on design projects. 

With that, and a chat with a friend named Paige, I have decided to start a weekendly post full of beautiful items and images that inspire me - all based on one color palette. Fun, right?! Paige was looking to do something along the same lines as well, so we've teamed up and every Saturday we will be using the same color palette, and I will be doing a "pretties" related post (aka anything I want that I think is pretty!) and Paige will be doing a fashion related post.
