I Can't Get Enough Of You Baby

Clothes. I can never have too many. My mum calls me a "clothes-horse". I'm not sure how that works but I that's what I am and I'm not ashamed. Seriously though, I am so bad at not spending all my money on clothing. It's a serious issue. Well, not issue, because it's definitely money well spent in my eyes. A serious addiction maybe? Anyways-- my best kiwi friend, Laura, is supa-stylish. I say this, because she owns this awesome vest:

Which I obviously stole for the purpose of that photo opp. And since that vest-wearing-moment - my first ever might I add - I have wanted furry things. DON'T FRET PETA AND FRIENDS-- it's faux fur. Last night Laura said her vest was "fox fur", it was awkward. But that's why I love her.
This vest has got me thinking. It may be a little too much fur for my semi-conservative self, but I could definitely rock something a little less intense but still equally amazing like this:

That's sort of the bee's knees. Did you see this post the other day that had a little sneak peek of what I wore to a friend's 21st birthday on the weekend? Well if you did, you'd know I'm all about the leather jackets at the moment. So leather plus a little sassy-classy in the form of faux fur, why not? I would say yes.
I think I could even rock one of these furred-up knits:

Not too much, would look super cute if I was all snuggled up on a rather blustery day (Poohbear reference anyone?) like so:

So what's the verdict guys? Do you like or do you hate the faux fur? Murphy says skip it and stick to fuzzy slippers instead.

One last one of me rocking the fox fur for you to hit the road with.

And badeebadeebadeebadee..that's all folks!!!!
(okay who gets that reference? I didn't really know how to spell the noise haha)

disclosure: while I was compensated for links in this post, all thoughts and opinions remain my own.

The vest is definitely too much fur for me. But, I love the gray sweater. Just a touch of fur can be a good thing!

i like the faux fur when like a hoodie in a jacket or like that sweater. I'm just not down with vests or dresses or anything or even a long coat like it.

I like the faux fur! I don't know about a full vest of fur but I definitely love it as a collar detail. :)

Everyone loves a good Pooh Bear reference! Faux fur can be both good and bad depending on how you do it! I think int he winter, it's always done right ;)
